As a dedicated, fulltime REALTOR® at Harcourt's Prime Properties, my primary focus is to provide my clients with a professionally tailored Real Estate experience. My clients can expect professional guidance on contractual negations and market dynamics to aid in their home selling or home buying needs. For investors, I can provide analysis reports detailing various performance attributes of an investment purchase. My goal is to provide my clients with the information they need to make informed Real Estate decisions. I’ve been selling homes since 2005 and have over $29.8M in Gross Sales this year through Nov 1st, 2018. Since 2017, I have sold over $55.7M in Gross Sales.
